In connection with the lasting and trusted relationship with our customers, suppliers, employees and associates, we see it as our responsibility to handle your data with care. Your personal data will be handled and secured as carefully as possible based on applicable privacy laws. NeD Tax’s privacy policy is effectuated in agreements, behavioral protocols and (security) measures. Your personal data will be provided to third parties only if required for the provision of services or pursuant to a legal obligation.

What data do we process?

We process personal data in two cases. Namely, if you are a potential customer who leaves contact information on our website and if you are a customer or the company you work for is a customer of ours. In case you fill out a contact form on our website, we process the following data: first name, last name, gender, e-mail address, phone number, address, zip code, city. In all other cases, we process the following data about you: initials/first name, last name, gender, address, zip code, city, country, phone number, email address, Social Security number as well as the name of the company you work for. If in addition other personal data are processed, it is necessary for the fulfillment of an agreement or legal obligation.

reCaptcha

NeD Tax uses Google’s reCAPTCHA v3 security service to protect contact forms from abuse; this relates to both receiving and sending spam. reCAPTCHA v3 adds a piece of code to each page of the website and uploads form content for processing by Google. All submissions are reviewed and suspicious submissions are flagged as spam.

Principles of processing

In accordance with the stipulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), NeD Tax follows the principles for processing personal data. If you are a potential customer and leave data through our website, we process your personal data to be able to contact you for providing information. If you are or become a customer of ours, we process your personal data in order to provide our services to you as agreed upon as well as to inform you in the interim. Our processing of your personal data and/or the personal data of your employees therefore takes place in order to perform our agreement with you as well as to comply with a legal obligation.

Third party processing, provision of data to third parties

NeD Tax also engages other companies to provide its services to you. These are mainly suppliers of software and ICT systems and payroll service providers. All of these organizations are located within the European Union so these companies are also subject to the safeguards in the AVG regarding the protection of personal data. Furthermore, your data will not be shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. Consider inspection by the Internal Revenue Service and/or an organization that has legal investigative authority.
